Universal Properties Realty LLC  is a Georgia licensed Real Estate Company managed by Broker Jimmy Y Tian and his team. Mr. Tian, a former land developer and home builder, has more than 28 years experience in property investment and management, real estate development, renovation and brokerage in Atlanta Metropolitan area. He has in-depth knowledge of real estate rules and regulations, solid experience in construction and house building, and close relationship with clients, tenants, builders, lenders and contractors. 

Our main business now is residential property investment and rental management. Our goal is to provide maximum return on investment for property owners and investors and to provide the highest level of services for our tenants.  We pay individual attention and care to each investor, resident and property. In fact, all of our clients come from referrals due to our excellent services. We are currently managing about150 houses in Gwinnett, Fulton, Dekalb, Forsyth, Hall, Jackson and Dawson County.

Jimmy Y Tian received his education from The University of Connecticut and Georgia State University and holds master degrees in Finance and Computer Information Systems.
