Universal Properties Realty LLC is a Georgia-licensed real estate company managed by Broker Jimmy Y. Tian and his team.

Mr. Tian, a former land developer and home builder, has over 30 years of experience in property investment and management, real estate development, renovation, and brokerage throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. He possesses in-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, extensive hands-on construction experience, and strong relationships with clients, tenants, builders, lenders, and contractors.

Our primary business focuses on residential property investment and rental management. Our goal is to provide maximum returns for property owners and investors while delivering the highest level of service to our tenants. We give individual attention and care to every investor, resident, and property we manage. In fact, most of our clients come through referrals—a testament to our commitment to excellence.

We currently manage approximately 150 residential properties across Gwinnett, Fulton, DeKalb, Forsyth, Hall, Jackson, and Dawson Counties.

Jimmy Y. Tian earned his degrees from The University of Connecticut, Georgia State University, and Renmin University of China, holding master's degrees in Finance and Computer Information Systems.
